Making Health Technology Really Work
Health System Pilot Rescue
For health systems that realize recently purchased technology isn't being effectively used.
I interview clinicians, operators, and leadership to understand where the tool conflicts with workflow, staffing realities, and incentives.
The result is a prioritized plan to increase measurable use within the next 90 days.
4-8 weeks
Adoption & Beachhead Strategy
For early-stage health tech startups who want to understand where their technology truly fits.
I speak with clinical and operational partners to identify where the solution works naturally and where friction exists.
You gain a focused use case and a strategy for winning in an early market.
6-10 weeks
I work directly with product, partnerships, and leadership to understand how opportunities are tracked and where visibility breaks down.
Together we build a clear pipeline structure, automated tracking, and real-time dashboards that teams can maintain as they grow.
4-8 weeks
For scaling startup teams that need better visibility as their pipeline grows.
Growth Infrastructure Reset
I fell in love with Health Tech
When I started my medical animation company a decade ago in Austin, I wanted to focus on emerging health and medical technologies- there are so many innovative, exciting solutions coming out of this city, and I wanted to bring those to life visually!
But I kept seeing the same problem- people wanted art, but weren’t ready to tell their story. Their market was too broad. The use cases were all over the map. The solutions needed more validation. The phrase “seamless integration” got overused without an understanding of healthcare workflows or the people involved.
The result?
Great ideas with no adoption.
Solutions that never became real.
At the same time, I was living on both sides of healthcare: as a frequent patient navigating broken handoffs, and as a supporter and cheerleader for frustrated frontline teams.
So I jumped in, advising startups and large healthcare organizations on how to align users, workflows, clinical expertise, and brand messaging early. Because awareness is not a strategy, and even the best technologies can die on the shelf from bad storytelling.
I bring a bioethics-forward lens to health strategy and systems design: helping teams anticipate unintended policy effects, mitigate disparate outcomes, and build solutions that improve care without creating new barriers along the way.
